Francisco Wanderley Luiz, conhecido como “Tiu França“, foi protagonista de um trágico evento que abalou Brasília na noite de quarta-feira (13). Aos 59 anos, ele causou duas explosões na Praça dos Três Poderes, em frente ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), antes de falecer. Vestido como o Coringa, o infame vilão da cultura pop, Francisco tinha um histórico de tentativas políticas, tendo sido candidato a vereador pelo PL em Rio do Sul, Santa Catarina, nas eleições de 2020.
Os preparativos para o ataque foram evidentes em suas redes sociais. Em uma postagem enigmática, ele declarou estar “dentro do STF”, citando o Provérbio 16:18: “a soberba precede a queda”. Horas antes da explosão, ele postou uma foto do interior do STF, insinuando ter obtido acesso com a frase provocativa: “deixaram a raposa entrar no galinheiro (chiqueiro)”. A troca de mensagens no WhatsApp confirmava um ato premeditado, marcado para ocorrer entre os dias 13 e 16 de novembro.
Assim que as explosões foram ouvidas, o STF emitiu uma nota anunciando a evacuação imediata do prédio. Os ministros e todos os servidores foram retirados em segurança, e o local foi isolado pelas autoridades para garantir a proteção de todos.
A Polícia Civil do Distrito Federal, junto com a Polícia Militar e o Corpo de Bombeiros, iniciou uma investigação para esclarecer os detalhes dos artefatos usados e as circunstâncias da morte de Francisco. Segundo o delegado Bruno Dias, da 5ª Delegacia de Polícia, ainda não é possível determinar as motivações exatas do ato, embora uma varredura completa esteja sendo realizada pelo Bope.
O Coringa, o personagem que Francisco evocou em sua ação, é um dos vilões mais conhecidos da DC Comics, especialmente na franquia Batman. Caracterizado por sua pele branca, cabelos verdes e sorriso de palhaço, o Coringa é um gênio do crime imprevisível e caótico.
