Funcionários da Fiat em Minas Gerais estão enfrentando um período desafiador após a fusão entre Peugeot e Fiat, que criou a gigante Stellantis. Muitos empregados têm apresentado denúncias ao Ministério Público do Trabalho (MPT-Minas), relatando situações de assédio moral, evidências de lesão à ordem jurídica e a direitos sociais constitucionalmente garantidos, além de excessos de acidentes de trabalho. Devido à pressão no ambiente de trabalho, muitos funcionários estão pedindo demissão.
Só este ano, os procuradores Aurélio Agostinho e Victorio Álvaro Coutinho Rettori, do MPT, abriram três procedimentos investigatórios para apurar as denúncias.
A fusão entre as duas fabricantes resultou em alterações significativas na dinâmica das empresas, o que tem provocado um clima de ansiedade entre os funcionários. Relatos de pressão excessiva por metas, falta de reconhecimento e tratamento desrespeitoso por parte da gestão têm sido frequentes.
Um funcionário, sob anonimato, conta que depois da fusão os trabalhos aumentaram e o número de empregados diminuiu bruscamente. “Antes eu trabalhava apenas para a Fiat Brasil, agora cumulo tarefas quase no mundo inteiro. Hoje atendo a demanda da fábrica em outros países, sofro com a quantidade de trabalho, com os fusos horários e com a cobrança”, disse o colaborador da Fiat.
A fusão entre as duas montadoras trouxe consigo mudanças significativas na dinâmica da empresa, o que gera um clima de tensão entre os funcionários. Afirmação de pressão excessiva por metas, falta de reconhecimento e tratamento desrespeitoso por parte da gestão têm sido frequentes.
Países como França e Itália elogiaram a união, com o governo da Itália planejando entrar no capital da empresa. Depois da sinergia, o controle do grupo passou para os franceses. As marcas Fiat, Opel, Peugeot, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep e Maserati sairão das fábricas deste gigante mundial.
As 14 marcas do grupo representam cerca de 9% do mercado automotivo mundial, com oito milhões de veículos vendidos por ano. O resultado do negócio de US$ 52 bilhões é a quarta maior montadora de veículos do mundo.
Em nota, o Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos de Betim afirma estar ciente dos desafios enfrentados por todos os empregados representados na base territorial e reforça o seu compromisso de atuar na defesa dos direitos de todos os trabalhadores envolvidos.
A entidade sindical disse que procura solucionar cada problema que lhe é apresentado, valendo-se das vias administrativas e judiciais, buscando sempre preservar o bem-estar e a dignidade dos trabalhadores.
