A decisão do juiz será aguardada com grande expectativa, dado o impacto das acusações e a relação conturbada entre os familiares e ex-aliados políticos.
Mac afirmou que o deputado arruinou sua reputação ao espalhar mentiras sobre suas intenções políticas e sua conduta pessoal. Agora, ele aguarda a audiência de conciliação.
Gravações e prints revelam ataques de fúria e desabafos do parlamentar direcionados a pessoas que atuaram em sua campanha. Em 2022, André Janones alcançou protagonismo no cenário nacional ao se lançar pré-candidato à Presidência e, depois, atuar como espécie de estrategista e militante de Lula nas redes sociais.

Como um inferno desse quer ser prefeito de Ituiutaba (cidade do Triângulo Mineiro) daqui a dois anos? Só fala em roubar. Em fechar a zona [para comemorar] na hora que ganhar” disse o deputado, que foi o segundo parlamentar mais votado no estado e em 2022.
“[Mac] quer roubar, quer ganhar 30 mil por mês, quer roubar milhões em propina. Eu andei falando de Deus dentro do carro [e ele disse]: ‘Eu quero é arrumar prostituta para pagar “boquete” em nós na hora que ganhar’. Parece que quer provocar. Para te tirar do sério. Não quero do meu lado. Pedi coisa banal: ‘Pega a chave do carro’. Não dá conta. Quero uma pessoa dessa para quê?”
