O locutor e apresentador mineiro Roque Saldanha, conhecido por seu estilo provocador e autointitulado “a voz de trovão do Brasil”, foi preso novamente por determinação do ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF). Saldanha, natural de Carlos Chagas (MG), é investigado por organizar e incentivar atos contra o Estado Democrático de Direito.
Reincidência e violação das condições judiciais
Esta é a segunda detenção de Saldanha em menos de um ano. Em janeiro de 2023, ele foi preso sob acusações de incitar a violência e promover atos golpistas. Apesar da gravidade das ações, foi liberado no mesmo mês mediante o cumprimento de medidas cautelares, que incluíam o uso de tornozeleira eletrônica e a proibição de deixar a cidade de Governador Valadares (MG). No entanto, Saldanha desrespeitou as condições impostas, rompendo a tornozeleira eletrônica e publicando um vídeo ofensivo direcionado ao ministro Alexandre de Moraes. Na gravação, ele o chamou de “nao homem”, utilizando termos vulgares em tom de afronta.
