Sob o peso de um indiciamento pela Polícia Federal por suspeita de planejar um golpe de Estado, Jair Bolsonaro afirmou estar sendo alvo de uma perseguição política. Em entrevista ao UOL, ele não descartou a possibilidade de fugir em uma embaixada.
“Embaixada, pelo que vejo na história do mundo, quem se vê perseguido, pode ir para lá”, declarou. Rebatendo as acusações, Bolsonaro ainda reforçou que retornou ao Brasil após uma temporada nos Estados Unidos. “Se eu devesse alguma coisa, estaria nos Estados Unidos, não teria voltado.”
Vale lembrar que Jair Bolsonaro permaneceu por dois dias na embaixada da Hungria em fevereiro deste ano, imediatamente após tornar-se alvo de uma operação da PF.
Admissões e negativas
Durante a conversa, Bolsonaro reconheceu ter discutido “artigos da Constituição” com os comandantes das Forças Armadas após sua derrota nas eleições de 2022. O objetivo, segundo ele, era “voltar a discutir o processo eleitoral”, mas o ex-presidente garante que a ideia foi “abandonada” rapidamente.
Ele também negou ter ciência de qualquer plano que envolvesse a prisão ou a morte de lideranças como o presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, o vice-presidente Geraldo Alckmin e o ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Alexandre de Moraes.
