Uma proposta que aumentar o salário dos delegados da Polícia Federal está causando polêmica entre os servidores da instituição. Uma emenda parlamentar apresentada pelo senador Eduardo Gomes (PL-TO) na Comissão de Constituição e Justiça, para a Proposta de Emenda à Constituição (PEC) 10/2023, que trata do “quinquênio”, prevê um aumento extra a cada cinco anos de trabalho para algumas carreiras, como delegados, defensores públicos, magistrados e procuradores.
No entanto, os peritos criminais da Polícia Federal não estão nada felizes com essa proposta, pois acreditam que pode gerar desequilíbrio dentro da instituição. A Associação Nacional dos Peritos Criminais Federais (APCF) afirmou que não há justificativa para beneficiar apenas uma carreira, prejudicando as demais que também têm dedicação exclusiva.
Eles enxergam essa mudança como uma quebra do modelo de carreira única e uma política corporativista que pode causar divisões irreparáveis. A APCF considera a proposta uma afronta legal e teme que afete a integridade e eficácia da Polícia Federal. É lamentável que essa discussão surja justamente no ano em que a instituição comemora 80 anos de serviços prestados ao país.
