A Polícia Federal (PF)está apurando o uso suspeito do software de espionagem FirstMile, que pode ter sido utilizado para vigiar os delegados que investigavam o atentado contra Jair Bolsonaro durante as eleições de 2018. Além disso, há indícios de que tenha sido feita uma investigação paralela para identificar os envolvidos no crime. Em dois inquéritos, a PF reafirmou que Adélio agiu sozinho no atentado, sem ordens de mandantes ou ajuda de comparsas, e declarou encerrado o caso da suposta tentativa de assassinato de Bolsonaro.
Em 2020, o então superintendente da PF em Minas, Rodrigo Teixeira, que hoje ocupa o cargo de diretor administrativo, enfrentou pressões políticas para direcionar o inquérito de maneira favorável à família Bolsonaro. No entanto, Teixeira optou por uma apuração imparcial e técnica, o que resultou em sua exoneração e colocação no corredor.
A informação do uso espionagem FirstMile foi revelada na representação da PF que resultou em mandados de busca e prisão na última quinta-feira (11), no âmbito da operação Última Milha. O documento revelou registros de pesquisas no sistema FirstMile referentes a uma operação chamada “Adelito”, possivelmente em referência a Adélio Bispo, autor do suposto atentado contra o ex-mandatário. A corporação verificou um total de 114 pesquisas no software feitas entre os dias 13 e 27 de abril de 2020.
“As diligências de análise para tentar identificar a motivação para a possível investigação paralela ao caso Adélio e outras circunstâncias que indiquem o desvio institucional estão em andamento”, afirma o relatório da PF.
Segundo o órgão, o esquema realizado pela chamada “Abin paralela” também investigou possíveis conexões entre Adélio e adversários de Bolsonaro.
O relatório aponta que Alexandre Ramagem, ex-diretor da Agência Brasileira de Inteligência (Abin) e atual deputado (PL), determinou que o agente federal Marcelo Bormevet analisasse os dados disponíveis relacionados ao caso em março de 2022. Bormevet foi preso na última quinta-feira (11). (informações com Folha SP)
