O Instituto Libertas, do partido Novo, do governador de Minas, Romeu Zema, divulgou vagas de trabalho sem salário e tem gerado revolta em estudantes. A entidade disparou um formulário para graduandos e pós-graduandos em Economia, Direito e outras áreas relacionadas à gestão pública para auxiliar na transição de prefeitos eleitos, mas de forma voluntária.
Segundo a coluna de Mônica Bergamo na Folha de S.Paulo, o formulário foi enviado a grupos de estudantes de instituições como USP (Universidade de São Paulo) e FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas). Alunos das universidades avaliam que as vagas deveriam ser enviadas a militantes e filiados ao partido.
O formulário com as vagas diz que elas são remotas e proporcionam “vivência prática das dinâmicas da gestão pública”, além de uma abertura para “caminhos para estudos acadêmicos posteriores com base nas experiências aprendidas”.
Em trocas de mensagens nos grupos, alunos da FGV e da USP afirmam que “chega a ser desonesto” por parte do partido. “Estamos falando de trabalho muito bem qualificado, que o Novo simplesmente não quer pagar”, diz outro estudante.
O instituto diz que a vaga é uma “experiência valiosa” e que ajuda a “formar novas lideranças”. “É uma experiência valiosa especialmente para jovens que desejam contribuir diretamente para o preparo da nova gestão, garantindo um início de mandato focado na prestação de bons serviços à população”, diz a organização.
Estudantes das instituições reclamam, dizendo que o emprego oferece um “certificado de otário” e que o Novo “mostra novos jeitos de ser trouxa”.
