Segundo a coluna do jornalista Lauro Jardim, de O Globo, “a investigação em curso da PF vai atingir também aqueles que, desde 2018, quando o assassinato aconteceu, não deixaram as autoridades investigarem, plantaram pistas falsas e travaram o andamento das apurações — são sobretudo políticos e policiais”
