O documento, que faz parte dos autos do processo, aponta que um erro contábil foi responsável pelas transferências milionárias entre os anos de 2020 e 2023.
A falha ocorreu porque, no balancete da agência de viagens, os gastos em publicidade não eram registrados como despesas, mas sim como investimentos. Essa prática transformava o que deveria ser um item “negativo” no balanço em “positivo”, fazendo com que as saídas de dinheiro fossem interpretadas como lucro. Consequentemente, foi possível distribuir milhões em dividendos à família Madureira.
A divisão das transferências foi feita da seguinte maneira:
– Augusto, Ramiro, Tânia e Cristiane receberam R$ 29,8 milhões entre 2020 e 2022.
– Augusto, Ramiro e Tânia receberam R$ 14,5 milhões entre 2022 e 2023.
O relatório da KPMG e do escritório de Morais também questiona o motivo de Cristiane ter recebido dividendos, uma vez que ela não seria sócia ou acionista da empresa. A 123Milhas, no entanto, afirma que Cristiane foi sócia até 2022. Vale mencionar que Cristiane, Augusto e Ramiro são irmãos, enquanto Tânia é casada com Augusto.
