Com seu contrato se encerrando, Gabi virá sem custos e deverá se tornar um dos jogadores mais bem pagos do continente, reforçando significativamente o ataque da Raposa.
Paralelamente, os dirigentes do Cruzeiro têm trabalhado para fechar acordos com outros nomes de peso. A equipe mineira está perto de acertar a contratação de, ambos do Palmeiras. A previsão é que esses jogadores se juntem ao elenco cruzeirense em janeiro de 2025.
Zé Rafael, que tem tido atritos com a torcida do Palmeiras, vê com bons olhos a mudança para o Cruzeiro. A diretoria do clube de Belo Horizonte já fez contatos e, de acordo com Neto, o acerto está bem encaminhado. Da mesma forma, Rony, que também não vive seu melhor momento com a torcida palmeirense, é visto como uma boa opção para reforçar a ponta-esquerda do time mineiro.
Além dessas possíveis contratações, Craque Neto também mencionou um acordo verbal com o colombiano Jhon Árias, do Fluminense. Porém, até o momento, nenhum desses reforços foi oficialmente confirmado pela diretoria do Cruzeiro.
A expectativa é que, com essas adições, o Cruzeiro monte um time competitivo capaz de brigar por títulos e fazer uma boa campanha no Brasileirão. A torcida está ansiosa para ver os novos reforços em campo e espera que as negociações se concretizem em breve.
