O ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Kássio Nunes Marques embargou em uma carona para a Grécia, onde participou da festa de 35 anos do cantor sertanejo Gusttavo Lima em um iate avaliado em R$ 1 bilhão alugado na costa da Ilha de Mykonos.
Para participar da comemoração, o ministro foi de carona no jatinho de Fernando Oliveira Lima, conhecido como Fernandin OIG, suspeito de ser dono do “Fortune Tiger”, o chamado “jogo do Tigrinho”, que é alvo de várias investigações policiais.
Segundo Letícia Casado, no Portal Uol, Nunes Marques pegou carona para a Grécia e para Roma, onde teria agenda oficial, no avião de Fernandin OIG, CEO do One Internet Game.
Ao site, o ministro confirmou que viajou no jatinho do ministro que, assim como ele, é amigo do cantor sertanejo.
Nunes Marques ainda confirmou que conhece OIG há cerca de 10 anos e que o plano inicial era viajar no avião de Gusttavo Lima que, por questão de horários, sugeriu a carona.
O jato de Fernandin OIG saiu por volta das 18h de Brasília no domingo (1º) para Atenas. De lá, Nunes Marques diz que seguiu de barco para Mykonos.
Jogo do Tigrinho
Fernando Oliveira virou alvo de senadores da Comissão de Ciência, Tecnologia, Inovação e Informática que investigam quem estaria por trás do Fortune Tiger, o jogo do Tigrinho, no Brasil.
O jogo tornou-se uma peça central nos planos de monetização de influenciadores nas redes sociais juntamente com as chamadas Bets, as plataformas de apostas que também são alvo de investigação.
Nesta quarta-feira (4), na operação sobre os bets que levou a influencer Deolane Bezerra à cadeia, a polícia aprendeu um jatinho de Gusttavo Lima.
O Fortune Tiger é um software da empresa PG Soft, supostamente fundada em 2015 por um executivo chamado Ken Zhang, com sede em Malta.
Segundo a senadora Soraya Thronicke (Podemos-MS), presidente da Comissão, há suspeitas que a One Internet Group (OIG), fundada em 2016 por Fernando Oliveira e sediada em Teresina (PI), esteja ligada à plataforma.
Fernando OIG diz ter feito fortuna começando como o ‘primeiro empresário de Whindersson Nunes’.
A OIG atua como holding e diz investir em startups de tecnologia ao redor do mundo.
Em comunicado, a OIG diz que através da OIG Gaming Brazil LTDA, tem interesse em investir no mercado de BETS/IGaming e, para tanto, realizou através do processo de número 0015/2024, solicitação de regularidade junto ao Governo Federal.
“Na sua futura operação de Bet, a OIG não apenas atenderá todas as exigências legais, mas também promoverá o jogo responsável, prevenção a lavagem de dinheiro, atendimento ao cliente (24h), combate à propaganda irregular e a manipulação esportiva, já havendo, para tanto, se associado às entidades nacionais e internacionais que têm sua excelência globalmente reconhecida em cada um destes temas, na busca das melhores práticas em respeito ao jogador”, diz o texto.
Enquanto Fernandin OIG curtia a fez da Gusttavo Lima na Grécia, a Comissão de Ciência e Tecnologia (CCT) do Senado aprovou nesta quarta-feira (7) uma audiência pública sobre o impacto na sociedade dos cassinos on-line do tipo caça-níquel, como o Jogo do Tigrinho e deve convocar o empresário para ser ouvido.
